Does Community Plus have licence costs?

No. Community Plus is €0 in licences and ships every Enterprise module except Knowledge, with the Spanish localisation maintained by us. What you pay for is the implementation and the service, not a per-user fee.

Does Odoo comply with Verifactu and SII?

In Community Plus and Agentic, as standard and verified here. In Enterprise it comes through the publisher's generic localisation, and in Community you need to add separate modules.

What is Odoo Agentic?
