- Data migration
- Moving customers, suppliers, products, stock and accounting from the old software into Odoo, reconciled and without losing history.
- Managed cloud
- The server your Odoo runs on is provided, updated and monitored by us, instead of living on your premises.
Frequently asked questions
How much does implementing Odoo cost?
The base implementation ranges from €4,500 with Community to €9,000 with Agentic, plus €350 for each app beyond the fifth. On top of that, where applicable, the first-year licences, the data migration and setting up the server.
Is the configurator's estimate binding?
No. It's an indicative estimate of the first-year cost, with a −10% to +15% margin. The final quote depends on the exact scope, which we define together in a first meeting with no commitment.
Can you migrate the data from my current software?
Yes. If you hand us the data in Excel or CSV, the migration is €900; if we have to extract it from the old software ourselves, €1,800. If you start from scratch, there's no migration cost.
Where is my Odoo hosted?
Wherever you want: in the cloud we manage, or on your own server. Your own server has a €1,200 setup, except with Agentic, which is always managed cloud.
