What data and why
From the quote form: name, email and phone (the last one optional), plus your configurator answers and the estimate you saw. From the newsletter: your email. We use it to answer your request and, if you subscribed, to send you the articles.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you started. You can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Quote requests, for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the period tax rules require. The newsletter, until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
We use Resend to send the email, Odoo as our CRM (self-hosted in Germany) and Telegram to notify ourselves internally of a new enquiry. None of them uses your data for anything else. We also keep a copy on our own server.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. An email to jmojeda@factoriaia.com is enough. If you believe we handled it poorly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Automated decisions
None. The configurator's estimate is calculated in your browser and does not profile you: it decides nothing about you.
